Stainless steel rack (fixed-welded)
The fixed-welded stainless steel storage rack type LR-E is made of chrome-nickel steel and offers optimum storage options for Euro standard containers in accordance with DIN EN 55423. The stable, fixed-welded design can be selected with 4 to 6 levels and from 2 to 7 containers per level. Four height-adjustable plastic screw feet ensure stability.
Stainless steel rack (screw-mountable)
The robust SR system rack made of chrome-nickel steel is delivered disassembled and is built up using simple screws. The basic rack with system extension options consists of 4 compartment shelves and 4 height-adjustable stand feet and offers a choice of 2 standard shelf depths (430 or 550 mm). The maximum load capacity per metre is 200 kg with even load distribution.
Stainless steel rack (pluggable)
The modular stainless steel rack system type MR made of stainless steel is based on a plug-in system and is available in 2 different versions and with 2 different bay loads. The rack system combines a wide range of options with TÜV-certified high load bearing capacity and stability. As a rack system, it also offers the option of add-on racks.
Aluminium rack (pluggable)
The modular aluminium rack system type MRA combines a wide range of options with high stability and high load-bearing capacity and is available in 2 GS-tested (TÜV-Nord) versions and bay loads (600 kg or 1,200 kg). The shelves are height-adjustable via a grid and you can choose between closed and elongated holes versions.
Stainless steel profile rack (welded)
Made of rustproof stainless steel, the LR-ED storage rack is a welded profile rack with shelves made of rectangular profile frames and offers optimum storage options for Euronorm containers in accordance with DIN EN 55423. You can choose between 3- and 4-floor versions. The containers can be positioned straight or at an angle. You can also choose between stand feet and lockable castors.
Stainless steel combi rack (welded)
Das verschweißte Kombiregal Typ LR-E/U wird aus Chromnickelstahl gefertigt und bietet optimale Lagermöglichkeiten für Euronormbehälter nach DIN EN 55423 auf 2 Etagen in schräg nach vorne geneigter Position und auf optionalen Edelstahlrollis unterfahrbar lagernde Möglichkeiten. Das Kombiregal ist in den Ausführungen von 1 Rolli-Stellplatz bis hin zu 7 Rolli-Stellplätzen lieferbar. Für den Stand sorgen 4 höhenverstellbare Kunststoff-Schraubfüße.
Plastic rack (fix mounted)
The fix-mounted plastic storage rack type LR-K is suitable for storing Euro standard containers in accordance with DIN EN 55423 and can be ordered with either 3 or 4 floors. In the standard version, the stand feet are not height-adjustable, but can be optionally selected as well as a mobile version with 4 castors. The plastic used complies with HACCP requirements.
Plastic rack (pluggable)
The plastic rack storage system type LS with sophisticated plug-in system for quick and easy assembly is available in 6 shelf lengths and 2 shelf depths. In addition to selectable shelf spacing (100 to 500 mm), height-adjustable stand feet or castors can also be selected besides the standard version. The load-bearing capacity is 200 kg per running meter with evenly distributed load. The plastic used complies with HACCP requirements.
Sliding shelves system
Our SRS sliding shelves system made of high-quality stainless steel offers the opportunity to optimise the use of available storage space. Shelf depths, shelf heights and the overall length can be individually selected within the options. The rack system has running rails and a bay load of 1,200 kg. Moreover, further individual adaptations are also possible.
Drip-off rack
The ATR-PE drip-off rack made of stainless steel is optimised for the hygienic storage and drying of cutting boards and is designed for wall mounting. The drip-off rack is constructed with a wall bracket made of rectangular tube and offers space for 10 boards measuring 400 x 600 x 20/30 mm. Individual dimensions and specifications are also possible on customer request.
Pallet rack system
The PRS pallet rack system made of stainless steel offers the option of hygienically excellent lengthwise or crosswise storage of pallets. As a rack system, add-on racks can also be easily connected to the basic rack. The welded rack frames are designed for a maximum load capacity of 11,000 kg. Two shelf depths and 6 or 7 frame heights are available as variants.
Standard trolleys rack
As standard trolley rack we offer the modular rack system for standard trolleys type MR-HBW made of stainless steel for optimised storage of 200 l and 300 l standard trolleys. The rack frame is fixed welded and the compartment shelves have welded crossbars for maximum robustness with fixed clear dimensions. The maximum shelf load is 250 kg or 350 kg, depending on the version.
Shelf trolleys
We offer two different models in the shelf trolley category: the REWA fixed welded shelf trolley for flexible and mobile storage of Euronorm containers and the MRW shelf trolley with height-adjustable shelves. Both shelf trolley models are made of chrome nickel steel and are suitable for robust use in industrial environments.
Custom-made products
The custom-made products include a special chemical rack for use in the chemical industry, a specialised storage trolley with 3-sided struts and a custom-made shelf trolley for use in the catering trade according to customer requirements. All custom-made products are made of rustproof stainless steel and therefore offer the best hygienic properties.
