Material

Stainless steel furniture made of chrome nickel steel 18/10 material no. 1.4301.
The externally visible stainless steel sheet surfaces have a polished finish with grain 320.
The externally visible stainless steel profile surfaces, such as the feet, have a uniform brushed finish.

Product description

Our stainless steel snack cabinets are specially designed for businesses with high hygiene requirements. They enable the safe, clean and well-organised storage of snacks and drinks - ideal for food processing companies, butchers, bakeries, the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries and other hygiene-critical production environments. Thanks to their double-sided operability, the cabinets are ideal as room dividers and also act as a "sluice" for break catering between the black and white areas.

Hygiene concept: break sluices between black and white areas (unclean and clean areas)

In the black area (e.g. corridor or area with street clothes), the employee opens the compartment door at the back of their personal locker, puts their snack and drinks in, locks the locker and then goes to the changing room to change into hygienic work clothes. After passing through the personnel hygiene stations, they enter the white area (purely production or social area) and can easily access their break meal from the front via the single compartment door on the snack cabinet.

This keeps food and drinks hygienically protected and clearly separates the flow of catering materials from the flow of people - without unnecessary routes or hygienic compromises.

  • All individual compartments can be opened simultaneously at the front via the central door - ideal for cleaning, inspection or servicing.

  • 5 or 10 lockable single compartment doors for customised loading of the compartments in the black area (unclean area).

  • Smooth compartment doors with labelling frame for clear assignment to employees or departments
  • All doors lockable with profile cylinder lock
     
• Hygienic design & installation
  • Sloping roof, 200 mm higher at the rear - prevents objects from being deposited and reduces dirt deposits
  • 4 height-adjustable feet for a secure stand and easy alignment
  • Floor clearance approx. 150 mm for easy cleaning under the cabinet
