The externally visible stainless steel sheet surfaces have a polished finish with 320 grit.
The externally visible stainless steel profile surfaces, such as the tubular frame profile construction, have a uniform brushed finish.
Description
Our high-quality and versatile bulk goods trolley (hopper container trolley) is the ideal solution for the efficient handling and further processing of uncooked food. It is ideal for storing and transporting pasta, various types of grain such as rice and pulses such as lentils.
The trolley is made of robust, stainless steel and offers a generous capacity of 140 to 150 litres, which corresponds to around 120 to 130 kg of dry bulk goods. We manufacture this bulk goods trolley individually according to your specific requirements and on-site conditions so that it is optimally customised for your application.
The mobile version of the trolley is equipped with four high-quality polyamide castors, including two swivel castors with brakes. These castors have a diameter of 125 mm and ensure effortless mobility. In addition, the trolley offers flexible handling thanks to eight welded fork lugs on the sturdy tubular frame construction, whether moving the container or tilting it during the production process.
The inside of the container is funnel-shaped and has a 20° incline towards the discharge side. This enables an optimum product flow. In addition, the outlet is equipped with a manual operating lever that allows easy dosing of the bulk material.
The bulk goods trolley is used in numerous areas of application. In grain processing, it is used for the efficient handling of different types of grain. It also enables practical intermediate storage of pasta in pasta production. In muesli production, it supports the mixing and portioning of ingredients, while in rice processing it ensures hygienic transport from storage to production.
