Advantages

  • The SIEMENS S7-1200 control system with a SIEMENS touchscreen display enables user-friendly operation and simple programming of the washing programmes. These are individually adapted to your real conditions and specific requirements during commissioning and can be modified later at any time via a password-protected parameter level if required.
  • The main nozzle bar's own drive ensures that the entire water pressure is effectively utilised for cleaning the items to be washed. In contrast to conventional water-pressure-operated jet nozzles, no pressure is lost, which leads to excellent washing results.
  • The maintenance-free machine interior contains no high-maintenance parts. The nozzle arms are driven by a geared motor positioned on the machine roof.
  • Stainless steel round-hole nozzles with a large water passage ensure a high mechanical cleaning effect and effective cleaning. The large nozzle opening also enables a self-cleaning function that guarantees constant performance.
  • Two powerful wash pumps offer high circulation and pressure performance, which ensures outstanding washing results.
  • The FURY nozzle system ensures thorough cleaning of the inside of the container. Extremely powerful water jets with a long reach.
  • The double-walled insulated tank ensures low energy consumption, which reduces operating costs.
  • Water-saving operation is made possible by returning the wash water to the main wash tank via a filter. Dirt particles float on the water surface and are discharged via an overflow. The water consumption per wash cycle is approx. 20-40 litres, depending on the degree of soiling and the desired rinsing result.
  • The filter and tank (internal radii R30) are easily accessible and easy to clean, which facilitates maintenance of the system.
  • The machine has a stable, fully welded stainless steel construction on solid stainless steel machine feet. The main frame, on which the entire housing rests, is made of sturdy rectangular tubing, while the side walls and roof are made of 2 mm thick stainless steel sheet. The material is additionally reinforced in the areas with add-on parts (e.g. motor mounts, door mounts).
  • Two Rittal control cabinets separate the electrics from the pneumatics and provide a safe and clearly organised arrangement of the components.
  • All add-on parts used are from well-known manufacturers, which guarantees the high quality and reliability of the entire system.

Description

Designed for cleaning 6-10 dough kettles or round containers of a specific type per hour, this washing system offers an efficient solution for continuous use in production. The washing system is designed to clean dough vats of a specific type or design; however, it is not possible to clean different types. This guarantees a reliable and consistently high cleaning performance for the intended area of application.

The dirty stainless steel dough kettles or round container is moved into a stable holding device and positioned accordingly for the cleaning process. After confirmation of leaving the safety area and the start of the selected washing programme on the display of the SIEMENS control unit, the automatic cleaning process begins. The dough kettles respectively the round stainless steel container is swiveled into the washroom using a motor and fixed in a defined cleaning position above the Fury nozzle system. The central FURY nozzle system has a simple, low-maintenance piston drive and uses 95 % of the cleaning medium for maximum mechanical effect. During operation, the nozzles oscillate at a 90° angle while the cleaning head rotates on its own axis, generating extremely powerful water jets with a long reach. The slow rotation principle reduces wear and ensures a long service life. The open design also makes maintenance and inspection particularly easy. Supplemented by a spray nozzle system arranged on the side, the entire nozzle system ensures comprehensive cleaning of the interior and exterior surfaces.

Two independently operating stainless steel centrifugal pumps ensure effective cleaning. This is followed by automatic rinsing before the resulting vapours are removed in a controlled manner by an extraction system. This reduces the moisture load in the working area, prevents condensation forming on machine surfaces and contributes to an optimised drying process of the dough kettles.

At the end of the programme, the system unlocks the door and the dough kettle is returned to its starting position. The dough kettle or round container can then be used again for the production process. The machine is heated electrically, alternatively with steam or hot water. A robust safety fence protects the operating area. As an option, the entry area can be supplemented with a SICK light grid, which enables contactless access control. If the light curtain is interrupted, the cleaning process stops immediately to protect the operating personnel. This makes access easier for the operator and contributes to compliance with current safety standards.
