For quick and safety emptying of big plastic boxes
  • Stationary version with height-adjustable stainless steel feet with flange.
  • Holder suitable for containers up to max. L 1200 x W 1000 x H 800 mm
  • Containers are fed in or loaded straight from the rear
  • Depending on the type, emptying takes place via the longitudal side or narrow side
  • With lateral container infeed (right or left) including safety fence
  • Tilting height optionally from 1000 mm to 1500 mm depending on type
  • Electro-hydraulic drive with food-grade oil (attached at the bottom)
  • Integrated chute for exact emptying, chute width: 800 mm
  • Double-acting cylinder (AUF+AB controlled)
  • Maximum load capacity 650 kg (including container) - optional 1000 kg possible

Material

Nearly complete made of stainless steel 1.4301, microplasted stainless steel surface

Frame and swing arm are completely made of stainless steel.

The following parts are not made of stainless steel: hydraulic unit, oil tank, hoses, control panel (plastic), small parts.

 

Description

The design is determined by the type and viscosity of the bulk material and, if necessary, extended by special chutes and hoppers. This means that the swing loaders can be adapted for almost any application.
