Smoke and sausage trolleys are mainly used in the meat-processing industry and can be put directly into the smoking chambers or used as sausage trolleys to let sausages and other products rest. They belong to the products of process technology and form a separate subcategory here.

Our smoke and sausage trolley models are mainly designed for industrial use and have corresponding charging capacities while ensuring perfect mobility due to heat-resistant rollers. With it, most models are equipped with six rollers, thus offering a very big movement stability.

All smoke and sausage trolleys from our production are 100% manufactured from stainless steel, thus enabling hygienically perfect use as well as the possibility to clean and disinfect them without problems by hand or in corresponding industrial washing systems.


H-shape smoke trolley

The H-from smoke trolley is the classic one and was the first of its type. It offers a stable frame construction (H-shape) made of stainless steel with 6 heat-resistant rollers (up to 130° Celsius) and 2 push handles on each side, vertically offset. The basic versions of these smoke trolleys are designed for 5 to 10 levels for smoking skewers (1,000 mm) and frames (B 940 x D 990 mm) with a total load of 500 kg.

M-shape smoke trolley

As the other models, smoke trolleys in M-shape also consist of 100% stainless steel and also have 6 heat-resistant rollers and 2 push handles on each side, vertically offset, for high stability when moving the trolley. In standard configuration, the M-shape smoke trolleys come with the layer type no. 5 for use with smoking skewers and frames with a total load of up to 500 kg.

Z-shape smoke trolley

The Z-shape is the evolution of the H-shape with the advantage here of generating more load, if necessary. The Z-shape smoke trolley also consists of 100% stainless steel and with six heat-resistant rollers (up to 130° C) and two push handles on each side, vertically offset, ensures stable mobility. By default, it is designed with the layer type no. 5.

Sausage hanging trolleys

The standard configuration of the sausage hanging trolley type WAW has 4 levels with a distance of 450 mm and 550 mm distance of the lowest level toward the floor. The levels are formed by angle supports with U punch-outs and offer a capacity of 17 smoke sticks per level. Mobility is ensured by 2 castors and 2 fixed rollers as well as handles on each side that are vertically offset.

Sausage trolley, 8E half-shells

Due to its firmly welded version, the sausage trolley type WLW-HS 8 provides a viable solution for sausage products. In the standard version, 8 levels with a distance of 220 mm to each other offer space for 6 or 7 half-shells (140 mm or 120 mm) with a 10 mm hole diameter and a hole distance of 20 mm per level.

Sausage trolley, 6E half-shells

The WLW-HS 6 sausage trolley offers a robust solution for the storage/smoking of sausage calibres thanks to its welded construction. With 6 levels and a distance of 200 mm between them, it offers space for 5 half-shells (140 mm), each with 8 mm holes spaced 20 mm apart.

Sausage trolley, standard round steel

Due to its firmly welded version, the sausage trolley type WLW-RS provides a viable solution for sausage products. Solid steel round bars made of stainless steel are used for the holder here. The standard version have 10 or 11 levels with a distance of 70 or 75 mm each between the steels, suitable for calibre 120 mm or 140 mm.

Sausage trolley, hygienic round steel

The WLW-GRS sausage trolley, equipped with stainless steel round steel slats bent at the front, offers a particularly hygienic solution for the production of sausage specialities. The standard versions have 10 or 11 shelves with a distance between the round bars of 60 each, suitable for calibres up to 950 mm long.

Sausage trolley, perforated sheet

The specially manufactured sausage trolley with firmly welded perforated sheet metal slats, designed as a shelf trolley, offers a stable solution for your high-quality sausage products. In the standard version, the 12 perforated trays with a hole diameter of 10 mm and a hole spacing offer sufficient space on a width of 440 mm per shelf.

Presentation trolley (shop area)

The presentation trolley type PRW-M is optimised for the presentation of products in the shop area and be optionally ordered with six rollers or as floor model. We also customise the precise dimensions, load-bearing capacity, level distance as well as the support type and number of this model to the wishes of the customer.

Smoke trolleys and sausage trolleys are particularly often used when processing or refining meat (e.g. sausage products). As products of process technology, the standard variants of smoke trolleys and sausage trolleys are designed for typical industry standards. This not only facilitates the use, but also makes the implementation of strict hygiene regulations easier due to good cleaning characteristics of the stainless steel construction.

Apart from the special presentation smoke trolley type PRW-M, which is directly optimised for the display of smoked and sausage products in the shop area, the other smoke trolleys and sausage trolleys can, of course, also sometimes used for this purpose - either as part of a “transparent production” or as an unusual presentation form in the shop area.

Industrial kitchens

Also when the use would be rather seldom here, the smoke trolleys and sausage trolleys can naturally find their place in industrial kitchens when they also produce sausage products and smoked meat or fish products themselves and have the systems (smoking chambers etc.) required for that.
