Description

The stab glove cleaning system has been specially designed for the cleaning and disinfection of stab gloves in meat-processing companies.

Even extremely dirty gloves can be completely cleaned of meat and grease residues and disinfected with this new cleaning system in approx. 10-15 seconds, depending on the degree of soiling.

The person cleaning the gloves holds them in a plastic cone and sprays them with water under high pressure. The high-pressure water jet is activated by a handle. Meat residues and fibres are removed from the prick glove and rinsed into the collection container below. Even the dirt in the fingertips is completely removed and thoroughly cleaned.

To optimise the cleaning result, detergent is automatically added to the water via a dosing system. The collection container is equipped with a hinged swivel lid that allows easy access for cleaning and maintenance work. A canister holder for the cleaning agent is mounted on the side of the housing. At the front of the housing is a holder for knife baskets.

The machine is switched on via a selector switch with indicator light.
