As we manufacture this railing solution individually according to customer requirements and the on-site conditions, technical clarification is required before submitting a quotation.
In particular, we require the following information for the design and quotation:
- Construction type of the ceiling - a solid concrete ceiling is required
- On-site ceiling height
- Required total height
(incl. railings and brackets) - Required length

Please note that this stainless steel railing for ceiling installation is designed and approved exclusively for installation on solid concrete ceilings.
Use on suspended ceilings or ceilings made of sandwich elements is not permitted. Please therefore check the design of the existing ceiling in advance.
Description
The stainless steel railing for ceiling installation is the ideal solution for areas where floor installation using dowelling is not possible or not permitted. This design offers a safe and practical alternative for guiding and demarcating personnel routes, particularly for sensitive floor structures, for example where underfloor heating is present. In addition, ceiling installation is also suitable for clean walking zones (tyre cleaning systems) if there is no space in the floor area to install a guardrail for floor mounting.
The construction is mounted under a solid concrete ceiling and is prepared for this using brackets. This makes the ceiling railing suitable wherever no holes need to be drilled in the floor, but where a stable, durable railing solution is required.
Manufactured in a hygienic, cleanly welded design, the stainless steel railing fulfils high standards of cleanliness, durability and stability. The tubular profile construction made of stainless steel Ø 42.4 x 1.5 mm ensures a robust design for professional use. The integrated knee rail additionally supports the safe and clear demarcation of walking and working areas.
Particularly in hygiene-sensitive production environments, the stainless steel ceiling railing offers a functional way of guiding the flow of personnel without having to reach into the floor.
