Description

Before cold disinfecting the blades or sharpeners, they must be cleaned with suitable cleaning agents. Dirt deposits on the knife surface impair the disinfection effect. Scratches etc. in the knife surface favor the adhesion of dirt and germs.

Cold disinfection by means of hot water and chemicals. The knives or sharpeners are mounted in the holder of the knife disinfection basin up to the handle. The subsequent residence time in the basin is decisive for the extent of the germ killing. We therefore recommend the use of at least 2 knives in the workplace.
