Take advantage of the existing storage space and increase the existing storage capacity with our sliding shelf system up to 100%.
Conventional shelving systems require additional aisles between the shelves. With the sliding shelving system, you avoid these and thus gain additional storage space.
Floor rails
With the sliding shelving system there are no additional costs due to elaborate floor work, the rails made of profiled stainless steel sheet (material 1.4301, surface brushed, 96 x 25 mm) are simply screwed onto the existing floor.
Due to the special profiling, this guarantees high stability and safe displacement of the shelving units. The floor rails are expandable using butt connectors and thus can be adapted to the dimensions or requirements. Screwed plastic end stops prevent the shelves from moving out of the bottom rails. However, it is important to ensure that the floor below the sliding shelving absolutely flat.
Mobile base frames
Made of folded stainless steel sheet (material 1.4301, brushed surface) with built-in fixing sleeves for secure mounting of individual shelves. The mobile bases are equipped with ball-bearing rollers that ensure easy and safe moving of the racking system.
The mobile bases are bolted together by cross bracing. Depending on the version, subframes are available for single row and double row (back to back) shelving systems. A movable shelf unit can max. consist of 2 shelf fields with a total length of up to 3000 mm.
