Material
Stainless steel trolley made of 18/10 stainless steel material no. 1.4301.
The externally visible stainless steel sheet surfaces have a polished finish with 320 grit.
The externally visible stainless steel profile surfaces have a uniform brushed finish.
Description
The transport rack type TG-HBW is designed for the safe in-plant transport of lifting and loading trolleys or cutter trolleyswith a capacity of 200 or 300 liters. The sturdy stainless steel profile construction is suitable for production areas with high hygiene standards where cutter trolleys need to be neatly arranged, moved, or picked up by an industrial truck.
Depending on the model, the rack accommodates one 200-liter cart or two 200- or 300-liter carts. The inner floor is equipped with three U-profile rails serving as guide channels, ensuring that the wheels of the lifting and loading carts are guided and positioned within the rack. In addition, retaining recesses for the outer wheels provide greater stability against lateral slippage.
The TG-HBW-200-1 model also features an integrated safety bar that prevents the cutter cart from unintentionally shifting during transport. The foldable narrow side with an access ramp facilitates cart entry and makes handling practical and convenient during daily production operations.
Advantages
The transport rack facilitates a safe and organized flow of materials in production, preparation, storage, and cleaning. Thanks to the guided wheel mounts, the lifting and loading cart remains more securely positioned within the rack—no more chaotic “cart ballet” when moving it around. The stainless steel construction is hygienic, rust-free, and easy to clean.
The stackable design saves space when multiple racks are in use or in storage. With access from all four sides using an industrial truck or forklift, the rack can be flexibly integrated into existing operational workflows.
