Description
The KWA-200 Ecoline is an efficient cleaning system for standard trolleys (cutter trolleys) in the food industry. It cleans 10 to 15 standard trolleys per hour with normal to medium levels of soiling and was developed for companies with small quantities that value automated cleaning and high quality.
Key features and benefits:
Simple manual loading: The container is lifted into the machine via a gas pressure damper-supported pick-up carriage and rotated through 90°. This design minimises the effort required and enables back-friendly handling by employees. It also eliminates the need for complex safety technology.
Efficient washing programme: After closing the door, the operator starts the programme. A motorised nozzle ring rotates during the entire washing time, supported by a nozzle block for internal cleaning.
Thorough cleaning: The system not only cleans the exterior and interior, but also the underside of the car, including the undercarriage. Stainless steel nozzles ensure a constant water pressure.
Rinse cycle: A rinse cycle takes place at the end of the wash programme so that the clean container can be removed immediately.
