MATERIAL
Stainless steel furniture made of chrome-nickel steel 18/10 material No. 1.4301.
The stainless steel sheet surfaces being visible from the outside are in polished finish with grain 320.
The externally visible stainless steel profile surfaces, such as round tube profiles have a uniform brushed finish.
Description
The stainless steel stacking cart type TWSP-E is a closed, nestable transport cart designed for in-plant material handling. Similar to a shopping cart, multiple carts can be nested inside one another to save space. This significantly reduces the floor space required when multiple transport carts are in use or being stored at the same time. This design offers a practical advantage, particularly in production, warehouse, and hygiene areas.
The enclosed tray construction of the stainless steel stackable cart is made of 1.5 mm thick stainless steel sheet. The tray panel on the side of the push handle is designed to fold up. When one cart is pushed into the next, this section can fold upward to make room. This allows multiple carts to be nested quickly and easily without having to sacrifice a closed transport tray.
Robust stainless steel construction for daily use
The stainless steel stacking cart is manufactured from 18/10 chromium-nickel steel (grade 1.4301). Additionally, the sturdy base frame consists of stainless steel round tube profiles measuring Ø 25 × 2 mm. The wheel brackets are also made of stainless steel. This results in a robust construction designed for regular use in professional operating environments.
The externally visible sheet metal surfaces are sanded to 320-grit, while the visible profile surfaces are uniformly brushed. Furthermore, the stainless steel construction facilitates easy cleaning and is therefore particularly suitable for areas where clean and durable equipment is required.

Maneuverable Transport Cart with Two Castor Options
For excellent maneuverability, the nestable stainless steel transport cart is equipped with four rubber-coated swivel casters (Ø 125 mm). This allows the cart to be easily maneuvered even in narrower passageways, storage areas, or production environments.
Two models are available depending on requirements. On the TWSP-E I model, the four swivel casters are not lockable. The TWSP-E II model, on the other hand, features swivel casters that can be locked in two positions. This allows the cart to be secured against accidental rolling away at its intended location.
When is a stainless steel stackable cart a good choice?
A stainless steel stackable cart is particularly suitable for situations where goods, materials, packaging, or work equipment are regularly transported within a facility, and where there is limited storage space for unused carts. While conventional transport carts must be parked side by side, the TWSP-E stackable carts can be nested inside one another.
In addition, custom designs are available upon request. This allows the stainless steel transport cart to be adapted to various transport tasks and operational requirements.
