Universal washing machine for customised loads | with interchangeable basket system
- Sturdy machine housing, manufactured in one piece and fully welded, low energy consumption
- Fully welded washing basket made from 8 to 10 mm round steel, diameter: 1080 mm, robust even under high point loads or impact loads
- The wash basket layout is individually adapted and manufactured to suit your load
This ensures maximum efficiency of the system and optimises cleaning results - Thanks to the interchangeable basket system, the washing basket can be changed quickly without the need for tools
- The washing system is supplied with:
- 2 customised washing baskets
- 2 sturdy washing basket trolleys (storage trolleys)
- Electric heating with special coil heating elements, easy to clean and protected against burnout
- Lid with weight relief for easy operation
- Intelligent filter system for continuous cleaning of the wash solution in the tank
- Washing capacity: 10–12 batches (e.g. approx. 60 E2 containers) per hour; batch time approx. 3–5 minutes (adjustable as required)
- Washing basket rotation towards the end of the programme, resulting in only minimal residual moisture when the basket is removed; the drying result can be further improved by the optional blow-dry function

Description
The Rotary Interchangeable Basket Washing System TypeDWWA-Highline is designed for businesses where different containers, crates or customer-specific items are to be cleaned in a single machine. The key feature is the tool-free changeover of the washing baskets: depending on the items to be washed, the appropriate basket can be inserted and, once the washing cycle is complete, pulled out directly onto the corresponding basket trolley.
The washing system is supplied with 2 customised washing baskets and 2 sturdy washing basket trolleys, which can also be used as storage and transport trolleys. This allows different washing tasks to be organised flexibly without the need for time-consuming machine reconfiguration. The wash basket holders are manufactured to fit the respective laundry and ensure secure positioning during the wash cycle.
The washing process runs automatically once the machine has been loaded and closed.
