MATERIAL
Support column made from 18/10 chrome-nickel steel, material no. 1.4301.
The externally visible stainless steel sheet surfaces have a 320-grit sanded finish.
The externally visible stainless steel profile surfaces, such as the base flange, all have a brushed finish.
The mounting housing for wall-mounted installation is made of plastic.
Description
Wireless push-button for controlled turnstile release
The wireless button for turnstile authorisation enables the manual authorisation of a connected turnstile or access barrier at the touch of a button. This allows an authorised person to selectively grant access, for example to staff, visitors, suppliers or people who require assistance when passing through.
As the switching signal is transmitted wirelessly to the associated receiver, the button can be flexibly positioned near the passageway. This reduces the need for a wired signal connection between the button and the receiver. The receiver is electrically integrated into the appropriate turnstile or system control unit.
The round, flat push-button in green is clearly visible and intuitive to use. The push-button also features a chrome-effect ring running around the front. The control element’s IP65 protection rating makes it suitable for use in commercial and industrial environments.
The wireless push-button is available in two versions: as a compact surface-mounted housing for wall mounting or integrated into a free-standing stainless steel column.
Wall-mounted wireless push-button
The wall-mounted version is suitable for targeted turnstile authorisation when there is a suitable wall or mounting surface next to the passageway. The green, flat wireless push-button is mounted in a grey plastic surface-mounted housing with stainless steel screws. Thanks to the surface-mounted installation, the control unit can be positioned clearly visible and at a suitable operating height near the turnstile.
This variant is particularly useful when there is a suitable mounting surface immediately next to the turnstile and no additional stand is required.
