Material
Stainless steel trolley made of chrome nickel steel 18/10 material no. 1.4301.
The externally visible stainless steel sheet surfaces have a polished finish with 320 grit.
The externally visible stainless steel profile surfaces have a uniform brushed finish.
Description
The collection and transport trolley made of 1.4301 stainless steel was specially developed to meet the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. It is suitable for the collection and in-plant transport of hazardous waste such as chemical canisters, organic solvents, acids, and alkalis. At the same time, waste and laundry bags can also be transported safely and ergonomically. The 100 mm high inner container tray serves as a catch basin for any liquids that may leak. With a load capacity of up to 400 kg, the stainless steel transport cart is also designed to handle heavier loads in daily operation.
Depending on the application, two versions of the collection cart are available. On the SAMW-SH 115-70 model, a 740 × 600 mm side panel can be completely removed for loading. This makes it particularly easy to load and unload containers or filled waste and laundry bags. A removable A4-sized document holder also allows accompanying documents or labels to be carried directly on the cart. Two polyamide swivel casters with brakes and two fixed casters, each with a diameter of 125 mm, ensure controlled maneuvering and stable positioning.
On the SAMW-SK 115-70 model, the side panel can be folded down halfway. This keeps the contents contained on the sides while still allowing the cart to be loaded and unloaded comfortably. Four polyamide swivel casters with a diameter of 125 mm—two of which have brakes—make this model particularly maneuverable, for example, during frequent changes in direction or in confined spaces.
Both models feature stainless steel wheel brackets. The smooth surfaces made of 1.4301 stainless steel are corrosion-resistant and easy to clean—an important advantage for use in hygiene-sensitive areas of the pharmaceutical industry. Thus, the collection carts combine safe waste collection with ergonomic handling, easy cleanability, and handling tailored to the respective operational workflow.
