Hygiene is the top priority for every business. Decomposition, rot and consequently stench and vermin appear faster at high temperatures (> 10 ° C).In warm and humid weather only a closed room is not enough. The ideal storage temperature of 4 - 6 ºC is then far exceeded. Temperature and relative humidity determine the accelerated decomposition of the waste.
