- Nozzle arms with stainless steel nozzles can be removed and cleaned without any tools (Nozzle arms with forced positioning)
- Infeed table, electrically driven: length 1,500 mm, for easy manual feeding
- Neutral zone, length 500 mm, between main wash zone/clear rinse zone and blow-off module
- Outlet table, electrically driven: length 1500 mm additional with gravity roller conveyor (length: 3000 mm) with limit switch (Belt + stop with full outlet belt after final rinsing)
- Tank volume 700 Liter, depends on filter type execution*
- Heating of the tank water takes place by means of indirect steam heating via steam traps
- Large and easily cleanable external filter box with funnel overflow
- Rinse water heating by means of steam counterflow and steam trap
- Mainwash zone: Washing temperature 50-55° Celsius
- Rinse zone: Fresh water temperature approximate 20° Celsius
- Clear rinsing zone: fresh water heating via steam boiler approx. 60-80° Celsius (depending on the on-site fresh water temperature)
- Electrically driven conveyor belt/ washing goods conveyance via 600 mm wide stainless steel wire eye link belt
- Blower zone, length 1800 mm, with electric air compressor with 4 kW power and aerodynamically optimized air knives
- Stainless steel heat exchanger provides heating of the blow-off air in the blower zone

DESCRIPTION AND SPECIFICATIONS
The industrial washer (Univeral washer) is designed for cleaning different types of washed goods, such as trolleys, GN containers, boxes, baskets, bins, KLT containers, foldable boxes etc. After cleaning, the residual water is gently blown off in the blower zone.
The indirect steam heating of the tank water and the supplied fresh water for the rinse zone by means of a steam trap, as well as the stainless steel heat exchanger for heating the air in the blower zone makes the industrial washer an energy-efficient cleaning solution for any industry.
