Purpose of application
The shelving system offers a wide range of applications for hygienic food storage in refrigerated and non-refrigerated rooms as well as in laboratories. It is also suitable for storage of sterile goods in hospitals, old people's homes and nursing homes.
Description
The shelf system of the type MRA is designed according to the module principle and therefore offers a high variant possibility, combined with high load capacity and safe stability. It is only high-quality aluminium used. Depending on the design and choice of rack stands, the shelf can be delivered with the field load of 600 kg or 1200 kg. The maximum field load is calculated as the sum of the individual loads per shelf.
Shelf stands
The shelf stands are made of square tubes 25 x 25 mm and are equipped with height-adjustable feet and upper end caps made of plastic. To accommodate the unperforated shelves resp. perforated shelves are welded in a grid of 165 mm attachment pins. Depending on the rack height and field load, the rack stands are stiffened with 2 or 3 cross struts and completely electrolytically polished after production.
Shelves and perforated shelves
Shelves made of 1.5 mm thick high-alloy aluminum sheet, 40mm folded on all sides, the long sides have a complete folding inwards. Completely anodized shelves (E6 / EV1).
The 600 mm deep floors are reinforced from a length of 1200 mm with an additional beam. The shelf grates (perforated shelves) are made like the closed shelves and have slotted holes in the dimensions 45.5 x 10.5 mm. With corner mounting, the load of the load-bearing floors is reduced to 70% of the values given below.
Diagonal struts
The diagonal struts are bolted to the rack stands and thus ensure a high stability of the shelves. Every 3rd cultivation rack requires additional diagonal bracing. The dimension of the diagonal bracing is adapted to the respective floor or perforated floor length.
Corner mounting
To connect two shelves at a 90 ° angle corner brackets made of sturdy plastic are available. With corner mounting, the load of the load-bearing floors is reduced to 70% of the values given below.
