Material
Stainless steel furniture made of chrome-nickel steel 18/10 material No. 1.4301.
The stainless steel sheet surfaces being visible from the outside are in polished finish with grain 320.
The externally visible stainless steel profile surfaces, such as table legs have a uniform brushed finish.
Description
Sausage products stay fresh longer and lose less weight.
After the sausages have been soaked or showered, they are hung directly in the fresh safe. The freshness safe is ideally transported directly to the cold store and placed there. The resulting condensate prevents drying out and guarantees a lower weight loss of the product.
Other meat products (e.g. meat loaf, boiled ham, etc.) can also be stored in the freshness safe and thus kept fresher for longer. For this purpose, trays or bowls can be placed on the previously inserted smoking sticks.
