Description
The sole and sole edge cleaning module type SUR-E supplements hygiene stations and continuous sole cleaning machines (brush lengths 400, 700, 1100 and 1600 mm) in the Highline series with targeted cleaning of the soles and sole edges of shoes, clogs, boots, etc. Two horizontally rotating brush rollers with a brush roller diameter of 150 mm reliably remove dirt from the profile soles by rotating in a longitudinal direction, while the lateral disc brushes with a diameter of 225 mm take over the part of cleaning the sole edges.
Why lengthwise? The standard cleaning of the Highline series mainly works transversely to the profile structure. The SUR-E supplements this with a longitudinal rotation of the brush rollers so that tread grooves are worked out "from front to back" and dirt from grooves and tread channels can be removed more reliably.
The brush rollers are conveniently rotated by sensor activation when entering the hygiene station or sole cleaning system. The cleaning agent is added precisely via an adjustable dosing system.
The module extends the basic machine by approx. 700 mm.
Made of stainless steel, the module impresses with hygienic surfaces, easy cleaning and a durable design - ideal for use in environments with high hygiene requirements.
