Our lifting and tilting devices type HKV-HBW for standard trolleys with 200 or 300 litre capacity are manufactured in a robust industrial design and guarantee a long service life. The HKV standard trolleys are available in standard and Highline versions, but can also be adapted to individual requirements on request.
Lifting and tilting devices for barrels
The lifting and tilting devices type HKV-F for barrels in robust industrial design can be supplied as stationary version as well as with optional chassis. The available tipping heights range from 1,400 to 4,100 mm and there is a choice of 4 types for the tilting direction. Individual adaptations are possible.
Lifting and tilting devices for E2 containers
The lifting and tilting devices for euro containers type HKV-E2 are manufactured in a robust industrial design. Regarding the versions you can choose between a stationary model and a model optionally equipped with a chassis. Moreover, the versions are offered with 4 tilting heights and tilting directions.
Lifting and tilting devices for big boxes (1 column)
The lifting and tilting device for large boxes, 1-column type HKV-GB1, is manufactured in a robust industrial design and can be customised on request. They are suitable for large boxes (1200 x 800 x H 760 mm) with a maximum load of 750 kg. The models can also be chosen between different tilting heights and tilting directions.
Lifting and tilting devices for big boxes (double column)
We offer the lifting and tilting device for big boxes 2-column type HKV-GB 2 as a stationary model for floor mounting. The machine is made almost completely of stainless steel and is suitable for big boxes with the dimensions 1,200 x 1,000 x H 760 mm with a maximum load capacity of 1,200 kg. It can be supplied in different tilting heights.
Lifting and tilting device special solution with guide rail for standard trolleys
The lifting and tilting device type HKV-HBW SON with guide rail is designed for use with standard trolleys and a maximum load bearing capacity of 350 kg (incl. container). The robust industrial version promises a long service life and is offered including a stainless steel guide rail and chassis in Hygienic-Design. Individual adaptations are possible.

Lifting and tilting device in country slaughterhouse
The traditional country slaughterhouse of the Bruns family in Steinhausen/Bockhorn looks back on a history dating back to 1881 and has already been run by the 5th generation of around 55 employees. Mohn GmbH has planned, constructed and installed a stainless steel lifting and tilting device for the ergonomic feeding of a vacuum filler with 120-litre cutter trolleys at its production site in Bockhorn.

Efficiency is a top priority at the renowned Böseler Goldschmaus Group, especially when it comes to the first-class processing of beef and pork products.
