Description
Before disinfecting the knife basket, it must be cleaned with suitable cleaning agents. Dirt deposits impair the disinfection effect.
Damage to the knife surface promotes the adhesion of dirt and germs. Defective knife baskets should therefore be replaced immediately.
Once the knife basket disinfection tank has reached the required temperature (> 82 ° C), the knife basket is hung on the holder inside the tank.
The subsequent residence time in the basin is decisive for the extent of the germ killing.
