Housing, door,:
made of AISI 304 stainless steel, material no. 1.4301.

The externally visible stainless steel sheet surfaces have a polished finish with 400 grit grain.
Roughness depth < 0.8 μm. Internal radii r > 3 mm are maintained for bends.

Seal: blue coloured (RAL 5010), silicone, compliant with FDA guideline 21 CFR 177.2600

Closure: Exterior made of AISI 304 stainless steel, material no. 1.4301, interior with seal between closure and housing.

Description

Our automated dosing station is the ideal solution for the precise filling and sharpening of chemicals in continuous disinfection basins. Thanks to an intelligent control system, the system ensures an exact mixture of water and disinfectant to ensure a consistently high disinfection quality.

In touch mode, the disinfection tank can also be filled or refilled (resharpened) manually - independently of the LOGO control system.

Functions and benefits:

✅ Automatic mode: The LOGO control unit activates the solenoid valve for the water supply for a pre-programmed duration. At the same time, the dosing hose pump is activated to precisely dose the preset amount of disinfectant. The required pump parameters can be easily determined and transferred via the control unit.

✅ Manual push-button operation: The SIEMENS LOGO control unit can be used to refill and sharpen the basin as required.

✅ Efficient disinfection solution: The dosing station ensures constant and reliable chemical dosing, which optimizes disinfection processes and reduces operating costs.
