DESCRIPTION AND SPECIFICATIONS
The Highline DLWA 701-BS4 industrial washer was designed for cleaning perforated half-shell sheets (for mini-salamis) in order to clean and disinfect them in a continuous process. After cleaning, 99% of the residual water is removed in the blower zone.
The rinse zone is equipped with 2 jet rinsing rings. A switch can be used to select the first nozzle ring for hot water rinsing or the second nozzle ring for cold water rinsing. If cold water rinsing is selected, chemicals (hydrogen peroxide) must be added to disinfect the sheets.
