Description

The manually operated SP 50 ham press with rotating spindles has been specially designed for a meat capacity of 50 kg and is supplied with 20 stainless steel brackets 50 x 50 mm with adjustable legs for adjusting the meat pieces and 6 plastic insert plates (590 x 30 x 15 mm). Our small entry-level press type SP 50 is available on 2 fixed and 2 swivel castors with polyamide wheels, diameter 100 mm. 1 swivel castor has a brake.

Our pneumatically operated SP 100 or SP 200 ham presses are a good choice for pressing meat quantities of 100 kg or even 200 kg as ham without any problems. Equipped with a pressure monitor (4 bar) and mobile on 6 polyamide fixed castors, Ø 150 mm without brakes, these ham presses are real powerhouses for processing meat quantities.

Depending on the model, different numbers of stainless steel angles with adjustable legs are supplied to adjust the pieces of meat. In addition, as with the little brother of the SP 50 model, the plastic insert plates are included in the appropriate size and number for the type of ham press available.
