Customer: Food processing company

Situation:

A food processing company is planning to integrate a tipping system for the efficient emptying of large containers. However, there is a structural restriction in the existing production line: there is only a small amount of space available on one wall, meaning that straight loading from the rear is not possible.

The challenge:

The traditional swing loaders (tilting devices) on the market require the containers to be fed in straight from the rear, which is not feasible in this particular case. The existing space on the wall leaves no room for the container to retract, making the installation of a standard tipping system impossible. This leads to a bottleneck in material handling and delays production processes, as the bins have to be emptied manually - a time-consuming and inefficient process.
