Washing systems for paloxes (pallet boxes) or large containers (big boxes), as this type of container for transport or storage is also called, are specialised in cleaning this specific form of container. Paloxes are usually made of plastic and have solid side walls all around. While the size of the paloxes is based on the dimensions of transport pallets, the side walls are not necessarily standardised, so that paloxes do not have to be stackable. In some paloxes, one of the side walls can also be foldable. Paloxes are used to transport or store a wide variety of goods. A great advantage is that the dimensions of the underside are identical to those of transport pallets, so that paloxes or large containers can also be lifted and transported with industrial trucks (e.g. a forklift truck).
In industry, washing systems for large containers and paloxes are used wherever the transport of goods is accompanied by pollution of the large containers. Regular cleaning is particularly important in hygienically sensitive production areas, such as the foodstuff industry, slaughterhouses, cosmetics production and the pharmaceutical industry. The paloxes washing systems from Mohn are made of robust stainless steel and have integrated pick-up or dispensing zones. The cleaning itself is carried out either in a closed cabin (cabin washing system) or a pass-through washing system. The paloxe or large container is rotated 180 degrees when it is taken into the cabin. Hedgehog head nozzles and the rotation of the paloxes/large container in the washing cabin of the industrial washing systems ensure that it is cleaned on all sides, inside the container and in the bottom area. For the cleaning of stacking containers or pickle containers we offer cabin washing systems specially designed for these.
Cabin washing system, 8-15 pallet boxes/h
The cabin washing system type KWA-Rotar is designed for the optimal cleaning of 8 to 15 plastic paloxes per hour, with normal to heavy pollution. For resource-saving use, different washing programmes can be selected via touch screen monitor depending on the degree of pollution.
Cabin washing system, 15-25 stacking container/h
Our cabin washing system type KWA-STB is designed for optimal cleaning of stacking containers or pickle containers. Depending on the level of pollution, the 180-degree position enables it to pass 15 to 25 containers per hour and it has a large washing tank to accommodate large quantities of pollution (e.g. protein pollutions).
Pass-through washing system, 45 pallet boxes/h
Die Großbehälter Durchlauf-Waschanlage Typ DLWA-GB ist für die Reinigung von 45 Paloxen pro Stunde, bei leichter bis mittlerer Verschmutzung, im Durchlaufverfahren ausgelegt.
