Plastic (HDPE-500 Food-safe)

Polyethylene (HDPE-500) is physiological impeccable, water-resistant, with good sliding attributes and could be processed with usual machines and tools.

Plastic (HDPE-500 regenerat)

PE Regenerate is suitable for all areas in which no physiological safety is required. The random mixture of PE granules or small amounts of wood creates different color images with decorative patterns.

When the going gets tough, reliable wall protection is required. Plastic (polyethylene) is ideal as a scraper protection, as it absorbs impacts and shocks, as they occur in areas with forklift trucks, without breaking or splintering themselves. With a material thickness of up to 50mm, the plastic skirting protection is also well suited in particularly stressed areas such as port facilities, truck loading zones or in water management.

Skirting protection profiles made of industrial plastic are able to absorb shocks. This not only protects the wall or pillar from damage, but also the vehicle.

In addition, the extremely resistant plastic is completely colored. Color layers cannot flake off or be scratched off, as is the case with other wall claddings, such as MDF panels.

Polyethylene is also used in the food processing industry: Since the plastic has a closed surface and does not absorb water, no bacteria can accumulate and multiply in it, as is the case, for example, in damaged MDF boards.

When choosing a high-quality and durable scraper protection solution, polyethylene is not only cheaper than other materials such as polypropylene, nylon or polyamide, but is also significantly superior to it due to its resistance.

HDPE complies with flammability class B2, which means that the material is normally flammable, so in the area of ​​escape routes to another material, usually in the B1 (flame-retardant) or A1 (non-flammable) range.
