The standardisation of these transport vehicles has a number of systemic advantages in the process of a production plant: Dimensions, design of the lifting fittings (on the side of the container) as well as the weight ensure that these can be integrated into the lifting devices and fixtures of the meat processing machines, for example.

Feeding takes place via a frontal opening flap. Our pass-through washing systems are fed via a conveyor belt, which are mainly used for cleaning very large quantities within a very short time. All our standard trolley washing systems are of robust stainless steel construction, easy to operate and particularly efficient in the use of the raw materials water and detergents.

The cabin washing system type KWA-200 enables the cleaning of 15 to 25 wagons per hour - with normal to heavy pollution. This washing system for standard trolleys is designed with a receptacle for 1 trolley, with a filling volume of 200 litres. The 180° rotation during pick-up ensures intensive all-round cleaning.
Cabin washing system for 1x 200 l / 300 l standard trolleys
The cabin washing system type KWA-300 is a washing system for standard trolleys with a receptacle for one standard trolley with a filling volume of 200 litres or 300 litres. Thanks to the 180° rotation on pick-up, this washing system enables the complete cleaning of 15 to 25 trolleys per hour (with normal to heavy pollution).
Cabin washing system for 2x 200 l / 300 l standard trolleys
The cabin washing system type KWA-Duo is designed for the simultaneous cleaning of 2 lift and feed trolleys (200 or 300 litres) in one washing cycle. This washing system enables the cleaning of 30 to 50 wagons per hour - with normal to heavy pollution. Different washing programmes are available.
Pass-through washing system for 30-60 standard trolleys/h
The pass-through washing system for feed trolleys type DLWA-HBW is designed for standard trolleys with a filling volume of 200 litres and is offered in 2 versions: with pick-up for one or parallel pick-up for 2 standard trolleys. Depending on the version, this system enables the cleaning of 30 (single pick-up) or 60 (parallel pick-up) standard trolleys per hour.
