• The hourly output of the industrial washing system is approx. 250 to 300 boxes or 120 to 150 baking trays. The washing tunnel’s passage width is 600 mm. The boxes and baskets are conveyed lengthwise through the washing system. The washing tunnel’s passage height is suitable for low and high boxes (e.g. with 400 mm or 450 mm height for the delivery to the bakery chains).
• The passage width of 600 mm is especially intended for baking trays that exist in bakeries in dimensions of 980x580 mm. These trays are fixed by means of special lateral hold-down devices (can be seen in the image in the tunnel inlet) so that they will not be “pressed” out of the guide due to water pressure.
• Depending on the inlet temperature, the tank has a 20-kW or 30-kW-heater (electrical / steam / thermal oil – according to requirement) in order to be able to remove also baked-on dirt. For the bakery, a 20-kW strong heater was installed in the main washing zone. Here the washing temperature amounts to approx. 55°C. The final rinse zone operates with a flow water heater with 10 kW output.

• The large external box filter absorbs coarse dirt such as seeds or left-over cake. Here the soiling is rinsed into the external filter which can be cleaned also during running operation.
• After fresh water rinsing, where excessive detergent is removed – the water flows via a cascade system into the tank, floating dirt is flushed out via the filter – the boxes and trays move through a neutral zone into the draining zone. Here two high-pressure fans with 5 kW each blow down the items to be washed from all sides.
• The total length of the system with blow down function amounts to approx. 8,000 mm.
