Description
The compact washing machine consists of a main wash zone and a final rinse zone. It can be used to quickly and effectively clean light to heavily soiled Euro-standard containers (E1 to E3).
After switching on the machine via the main switch, the tank is filled automatically. After reaching the tank volume, the water meter stops and the water is heated to a temperature of 50-55 ° C by means of the built-in 20 kW heater. As soon as the temperature is reached, the washing process can be started using the start button. The detergent is dosed via an on-site dosing unit or optionally via an already installed dosing pump (see accessories). The tank content is permanently monitored by a float switch. The boxes are transported through the machine at a clear angle by means of a "Scanbelt" bone chain.
In the main washing zone, a powerful stainless steel centrifugal pump with 11 kW (1000 l / min at 5 bar), optimally positioned stainless steel flat jet nozzles with a large passage and a long exposure time for the washing solution ensure excellent cleaning results. The detergent solution is filtered through a plate filter (standard, optionally also available with an external filter box or drum filter) and returned to the wash tank.
This is followed by a thorough rinsing of the containers with fresh water. The final rinse water is fed to the wash tank to freshen up the washing liquor. At the end of the discharge table there is a limit switch that stops the belt and rinsing when the discharge table is full.
