DESCRIPTION
Our compact industrial washing system is ideal for the quick and effective cleaning of lightly to moderately soiled Euronorm containers (E1 to E3). The system consists of a main wash zone and a rinse zone and cleans up to 350 Euronorm containers per hour, depending on the degree of soiling.
Automated process and ease of use: After switching on via the main switch, the tank is automatically filled with approx. 400 litres of water. The water supply stops when the tank volume is reached. An integrated float switch continuously monitors the tank contents for maximum safety. The integrated 20 kW heater then heats the water to a temperature of 50-55°C.
Washing process and cleaning technology: The cleaning process starts at the touch of a button once the temperature has been reached. The detergent is dosed either by an on-site dosing unit or using an optional dosing pump.
The Euronorm containers are conveyed through the washing system at a significant lateral incline via a robust Scanbelt bone chain, whereby the excess residual water on the underside of the container is largely returned to the tank in the machine. The design of the transport chain also ensures an optimum distance between the individual containers so that the front sides of the containers are also optimally cleaned.
In the main wash zone, a powerful centrifugal pump (5,5 kW, 1200 l/min at 2 bar) together with optimally positioned stainless steel nozzles ensure optimum cleaning results. The wash water is filtered through a plate filter and returned to the wash tank for reuse.
Efficient rinsing and water management: After the main wash, the containers are thoroughly rinsed with fresh water. The hot rinse water is also used to refresh the wash liquor and return it to the wash tank. This ensures resource-saving and efficient use of water during the cleaning process.
