Description
The high-quality HL-CC Sonder hand hygiene center with extended rear wall combines maximum hygiene with custom manufacturing. It is equipped with a freely programmable Siemens LOGO! control system and enables controlled hand cleaning – either via two touchless soap dispensers (type HL-CC I SON) or via one soap dispenser and one disinfectant dispenser (type HL-CC II SON).
The extended rear wall supports the hygienic design by providing splash protection and facilitating cleaning. In addition, all corners in the inner basin are rounded (radius R20), which guarantees a hygienic surface and easy maintenance. In the event of maintenance, the sensors and fittings can be replaced or adjusted from the front without dismantling the entire basin.
Above the faucets are LED signal indicators that, in forced mode, indicate correct use, possible downstream door openings, and error situations; in autonomous mode, they only signal the use of the individual media.
An integrated stagnant water flush is controlled via the Siemens LOGO! Below the basin is a lockable base cabinet for the safe storage of soap and disinfectant canisters (food defense compliant) and the control unit. The hand hygiene center cleancenter can be optionally coupled with peripheral devices such as doors or turnstiles.
Extended control function
This product variant now has a second control program – the autonomous mode. The Siemens LOGO! allows you to flexibly choose between the following modes:
Forced sequence: Soap → Water → (Disinfection) – in a fixed order. Optionally linked to an release for doors or turnstiles. LED displays visualize the usage sequence, access approvals, and error messages.
Autonomous: No fixed sequence – soap, water, and disinfection can be used independently. LED displays only show the active use of the respective medium.
The functional extension was implemented at the customer's request and can be individually adapted on site at any time. The hand hygiene center thus offers maximum flexibility for different operating requirements – from strictly regulated access (e.g., clean rooms) to areas with high throughput and free use.
