Product description

The mobile stainless steel workbench for goods inspection is the robust, hygienic basis for fast QA processes - from incoming goods to random sample checks. The welded stainless steel construction offers a generous work surface of 1240 × 820 mm with a three-sided upstand (100 mm). This upstand prevents the test material from rolling down and facilitates wet cleaning of the surface. On the operator side, the edge slopes downwards by 50 mm and has a radius - this protects workers, reduces impact edges and makes it easier to work ergonomically at the table.

A profile frame construction reinforces the worktop on the underside, and a cable opening Ø 50 mm at the rear right allows measuring cables or power supplies to be inserted cleanly. Two box drawers on full-extension runners (W 415 × D 500 × H 150 mm and W 650 × D 500 × H 150 mm) are built underneath for easy organisation and access; the front has a lock bolt (hasp) and can be locked with a padlock provided by the customer. A welded shelf provides storage space. On the right, a perforated panel with 30 mm square perforations (W 700 × H 490 mm) supports the flexible arrangement of hooks, holders and baskets - test equipment is thus structured and ready to hand. A removable A4 document tray, a waste bin (~17 litres) and a height-adjustable holder for 5 display boards are available for clear processes; the position can be ergonomically adjusted to the operator's height.

Mobility without compromise: The 40 × 40 × 1.5 mm square-profile frame runs on 2 swivel castors with brakes and 2 fixed castors made of polyamide(Ø 125 mm) - smooth-running, true to track and securely lockable. U-profiles under the shelf allow it to be moved quickly by industrial truck, while the 160 mm ground clearance makes it easier to clean under the table.
