The stainless steel serving trolley in ERGO design is characterised by its robust and hygienic construction made of high-quality stainless steel. The trolley has a round tubular frame with permanently welded, deep-drawn shelves, which are sound-insulated and hygienically bevelled. It is available in versions with 2 or 3 shelves, which can carry a payload of 120 kg or 180 kg, depending on the model.
The upper shelf is fitted with reinforcement beams consisting of two longitudinal and one diagonal strut, which are fully welded. A push handle integrated into the tubular frame ensures easy manoeuvrability thanks to its ergonomically optimised height of 1250 mm. Its height allows the user horizontal and vertical access and contributes to comparatively fatigue-free handling. The smoothly folded side walls without cavities ensure easy cleaning and prevent the formation of dirty corners.
Four polyethylene bumper rollers provide protection against impact damage and protect both the trolley and walls from damage. The serving trolley can be moved on four swivel castors with a wheel diameter of 200 mm, two of which are fitted with total brakes. A fixed castor, Ø 200 mm, is also arranged in the centre for track stabilisation. Both the swivel castors and the fixed castors are attached to additional reinforcing crossbars with multi-bolted screw-on plates.
