Material
Stainless steel trolley made of chrome nickel steel 18/10 material no. 1.4301.
The externally visible stainless steel sheet surfaces have a polished finish with 320 grit.
The externally visible stainless steel profile surfaces have a uniform brushed finish.
Description
The hygienic draining trolley with press grid shelves is designed for draining or drying machine parts or containers in industry, catering and medical areas. The press grid design makes it suitable for machine parts after cleaning, for example: Liquids can run off, residues are not accumulated and drying is supported.
Made from 1.4301 stainless steel with a matt finish, the trolley impresses with its hygienic, robust workmanship. The open construction on all sides, made of a stable square tubular profile frame , ensures good air circulation and reduces the trolley's own weight compared to solid stainless steel material - while maintaining a stable construction. For ergonomic loading and unloading from all sides, both lengthways and at the front
The trolley can be moved on 6 polyamide fixed castors (Ø 150 mm), whereby the two castors positioned in the centre ensure good handling even without swivel castors thanks to their raised position, +10 mm compared to the other 4 castors. The stable structure is based on a tubular frame profile 40 × 40 x 1.5 mm. The ground clearance of 220 mm and the overall height of up to 1520 mm are deliberately designed for ergonomic working: Operating and gripping heights are improved, which noticeably relieves the strain on employees' backs and posture during daily handling.
