Description
This sturdy stainless steel stackable container is designed for professional use in the food processing industry. With a capacity of approximately 700 liters, a wall thickness of 2 mm, and a load capacity of approximately 1,000 kg, it is ideal for storing, staging, and transporting raw materials, intermediate products, or production residues within the facility.
A special feature is the DN 40 ball valve located on the front, which is positioned within the outer contour for protection in the discharge area. Thanks to this internal arrangement, the ball valve is better protected against impact, damage, and accidental activation during transport, handling with industrial trucks, and stacking. This is a clear advantage, especially in the harsh realities of everyday production: less risk of damage to the discharge area, greater safety in material flow, and a longer service life for the container.
To ensure stability, the stainless steel container is equipped with two longitudinal runners, including a center support. The ground clearance of approx. 125 mm allows for easy lifting and moving with suitable lifting and transport equipment. The hygienic stacking corners support safe stacking and also facilitate cleaning, as the design is tailored for practical, hygiene-conscious use in food-processing environments.
The stackable container combines high stability with ease of cleaning, making it a durable solution for businesses where hygiene, durability, and efficient internal logistics are essential on a daily basis.
