Material
Manufactured from 18/10 chrome-nickel steel, material grade 1.4301.
The externally visible stainless steel sheet surfaces have a 320-grit sanded finish.
The externally visible stainless steel profile surfaces, such as tubular frame constructions, all have a brushed finish.
Description
The TW-S/AK 200-80 SON parts washing station is designed for the manual cleaning of containers, tools and various small parts. The sturdy, fully welded stainless steel construction is suitable for use in industrial work and hygiene areas.
The generously sized wash trough features an integrated drain unit with a DN 100 outlet; its design resembles a floor drain and is fitted with a fine-mesh filter cover and a stainless steel strainer basket. As on-site wall connections are often only fitted with DN 50 drain pipes, the existing connection options should be checked in advance; where possible, we recommend connection via a suitably sized floor drain.
Removable, perforated grates on two levels allow for flexible placement of the parts to be cleaned and can be easily removed for cleaning the wash trough. The two-part grates, with a 20/20 mm hole pattern and 8 mm diameter holes, facilitate the drainage of water and debris.
The sturdy base consists of a braced stainless steel tubular frame with 40 × 40 × 1.5 mm sections. Four height-adjustable stainless steel feet in the Highline design allow the unit to be adapted to the installation area and, with a ground clearance of around 150 mm, ensure good accessibility for floor cleaning. A dishwashing spray head is not included, but can be added as an optional extra.
