With the Highline boot and clog dryer, we offer a high-quality solution for the organized storage and reliable drying of boots, shoes, and clogs in hygiene-critical and high-traffic environments. The 1.4301 stainless steel model combines a robust construction with a functional, hygienic design and is built for long-term use in daily operations.

A defining feature of the Highline model is its consistently implemented hygienic design. Both the frame and the technical cabinet are designed so that the structure integrates hygienically into daily work routines. The sloped roof of the technical cabinet prevents the formation of additional surfaces and ensures that water can drain downward in a controlled manner. This supports a design that is functional, easy to clean, and particularly suitable for sensitive applications.

Drying is performed via an integrated warm-air system. The stainless-steel mounting tubes serve two purposes simultaneously: they securely hold the footwear in place and direct the hot air specifically into boots, shoes, or clogs. Optionally available self-closing valves further enhance effectiveness, as the airflow is directed only to the outlet nozzles that are actually in use when footwear is mounted there. This concentrates the drying power specifically on the occupied spaces. The Highline series is explicitly described on the product page as featuring optional self-closing valves.

Standard equipment includes a programmable daily timer and a switch with the operating modes Manual – 0 – Auto. This allows operation to be controlled manually or conveniently adapted to fixed usage times and operational workflows. Optionally, the Highline boot dryer can also be equipped with an ozone generator. This version not only supports disinfection but also helps reduce unpleasant odors in footwear. Especially for boots, shoes, or clogs worn regularly, odor-causing residues inside can be effectively minimized, so that the footwear is hygienically fresher and ready for use again more quickly. Additionally, a digital timer with a weekly program and 84 memory slots is available as an option to adapt recurring drying times even more flexibly and precisely to operational processes.

The Highline model is also designed for robustness. Compared to the Ecoline version, it features a sturdier tubular frame construction made of stainless steel with greater material thickness. On the floor-standing models, 4 height-adjustable feet compensate for uneven floors.

Several variants are available to accommodate different space constraints and capacity requirements. The floor-standing models can be loaded from either one side or both sides. In addition, wall-mounted versions are available. This allows the Highline boot dryer to be tailored to the specific room layout, number of users, and operational organization.

The Highline boot dryer can be used not only in food processing facilities, hygiene areas, or changing rooms, but anywhere where wet or heavily used footwear needs to be reliably dried, hygienically treated, and neatly stored—such as at fire departments, police stations, emergency medical services, technical services, or other changing and standby areas.

The Highline series is designed from the ground up to meet hygiene standards. This applies to both the frame and the technical cabinet with its sloped roof. As a result, there are fewer unnecessary surfaces, and water can drain away effectively after cleaning.

More Targeted and Efficient Drying
Thanks to the optional self-closing valves, the airflow is focused only on the drying spaces that are actually occupied. This improves drying efficiency, particularly when the unit is only partially occupied.

More robust construction
The Highline model features a sturdier stainless steel tubular frame construction with thicker material, making it even better suited for intensive, continuous use.

Also suitable for specialty boots and ski boots
Thanks to the generously spaced stainless steel mounting tubes, the Highline boot dryer can also accommodate specialty boots, such as those frequently used by fire departments, the police, or emergency medical services. This model is also well-suited for ski boots, which need to be dried and made available on a regular basis in ski resorts as well as in hotels and guesthouses. In this way, the Highline boot dryer opens up additional areas of application that are not covered by the design of the Ecoline boot dryer.

Higher load capacity of the mounting tubes
Furthermore, the stainless steel mounting tubes of the Highline boot dryer are designed for a significantly higher load capacity. This enhances its suitability for heavy and heavily used footwear and supports long-term use even under demanding conditions.

Wider range of features and variants
In addition to single-sided and double-sided floor-standing models, wall-mounted versions are also available. This allows the Highline series to offer greater flexibility in planning, space utilization, and integration into various environments. We are also happy to manufacture Highline boot dryers to individual customer specifications.

Before ordering, it should therefore be checked whether it can be installed via internal transport routes, in particular doors and access points. This is exactly where things can quickly become awkward - and stainless steel is not known to argue with door widths.
