The Soap-Star Highline two-hand soap dispenser is designed for professional use in hygiene-sensitive areas. The Highline model, featuring a hygienic design made of 1.4301 stainless steel, offers a durable, easy-to-clean construction and high-quality finish for daily use in workplace hygiene procedures. The unit is available in a wall-mounted version and can be optionally supplemented with a base stand if required.

Soap is dispensed via a tamper-proof two-hand sensor control. Only after both hands have been detected by the sensors is the soap dispensed in the preset amount. The integrated full-cone spray nozzles ensure even and extensive wetting of the hands. Via the provided potential-free contact, the device can also be integrated into higher-level control systems, for example to activate an electric door opener as part of an access control system.

A key feature is the lockable storage compartment integrated into the unit for canisters up to a maximum size of 10 liters. This allows for the closed and hygienic storage of the soap directly within the unit. At the same time, the lockable canister storage compartment helps to restrict access to the canister contents and organize the handling of the supplies in a safe and orderly manner. In terms of operational requirements for product protection, food defense, and the controlled handling of consumables, this design can effectively support organizational safety measures. This helps reduce risks that may arise from unauthorized handling, improper refilling, or open access to canister contents.

For additional operational safety, the Soap-Star Highline features a multi-LED signal display and a visual canister-empty indicator. The device is optionally available as the Soap-Star-A with an additional sensor alarm function. If soap is not dispensed while passing through the connected hand-washing facility (washing station, hand basin, etc.) on the way to production, a special sensor activates an alarm horn. A second sensor detects people on the return trip, ensuring that no alarm is triggered in that direction. The alarm function thus supports targeted passage monitoring as part of regulated hygiene procedures.

The Soap-Star Highline two-hand soap dispenser is suitable for all areas where individuals are required to perform reliable automatic soap application before proceeding into defined operational zones. It is used wherever hand hygiene must be firmly integrated into daily operations and a clear, traceable hygiene process is required.

Typical locations include areas in front of production entrances, where employees are required to follow the cleaning procedure before entering sensitive work areas. Installation is also ideal in goods delivery areas. It is precisely there that internal staff, drivers, and external service providers encounter operational interfaces where regulated hand cleaning is essential.
