AREAS OF APPLICATION

  • Heat-resistant polyamide wheel type RA-PAH 150 with Ø 150 mm can be used for Mohn smoke trolleys and cooking trolleys.
  • Heat-resistant polyamide wheel type RA-PAH 200 with Ø 200 mm can be used for Mohn smoke trolleys and cooking trolleys.

 

Temperature resistance

  • Type RAH-AH 150/150°, Ø 150 mm, art. no. 99.90.00.53: Can be used in the temperature range -40° C to +150° C
  • Type RAH-AH 200/150°, Ø 200 mm, Art.-No. 99.90.00.63: Can be used in the temperature range -40° C to +150° C
  • Type RAH-AH 150/280°, Ø 150 mm, art. no. 29.00.00.01: Can be used in the temperature range -70° C to +280° C

 

LOAD CAPACITIES

The load capacity of wheels and castors is divided into two main categories: dynamic and static load capacity. Dynamic load capacity refers to the maximum load a castor or wheel can carry while in motion. In contrast, static load capacity refers to the maximum load at rest.

Especially in the field of transport equipment and mobile machinery, the dynamic load capacity is of great importance. However, if wheels and castors are mainly exposed to static loads, this can be taken into account in the calculation. In such cases, it can be assumed that the actual load capacity is higher than the dynamic specification. This is important to ensure that the wheels and castors meet the requirements of the respective application.
