Made of 18/10 stainless steel material no. 1.4301.
The externally visible stainless steel sheet surfaces have a polished finish with 320 grit.
The externally visible stainless steel profile surfaces, such as table legs, have a uniform brushed finish
description
Peel sausage products easily and efficiently by hand. The peeling table from MOHN makes it easier to manually remove the product casing (sausage skin) from sausage products such as cooked sausage or salami. The ergonomic stainless steel work table is particularly advantageous for large-calibre and long sausage products that are difficult to handle manually.
The peeling table is equipped with a hinged peeling tray to hygienically transport the sausage separated from the skin into the sausage buffer. 2 generously dimensioned removal openings on the opposite side of the peeling table allow easy removal for further processing of the sausage product.
The peeling tray can be easily unlocked and removed for cleaning purposes using the safety bolt. We manufacture stainless steel peeling tables for easy, manual removal of sausage flakes from sausage products, customised to customer requirements and on-site conditions.
