Whether viscous, lumpy or "runs like water" - with bulk goods, the chute often determines whether the product is clean, fast and with little product loss in the next process step. This is precisely why swing loaders are designed with suitable special chutes/hoppers depending on the bulk material (including viscosity) and on-site conditions within the production line.

Two examples of special chute designs

1) Mobile swing loader with hopper chute (table emptying)
With the mobile swing loader with hopper chute, a special hopper chute with outlet ensures precise table emptying - so that the product arrives precisely where it is to be further processed.

2) Mobile swing loader with tumbler chute (tumbler feeding)
The mobile swing loader with tumbler chute is designed for tumbler feeding: The chute is designed so that feeding can take place in a controlled and reliable manner.

Why special chutes pay off
  • Less bulk losses due to discharge geometry adapted to the product and target point (e.g. table or tumbler)
  • Process reliability with difficult media (e.g. highly viscous) thanks to defined guidance and controlled emptying
  • Hygienic, robust design made of stainless steel (V2A) - suitable for hygiene-sensitive production areas
  • Can be better integrated into existing production lines because chutes/transfers can be adapted to the on-site conditions
  • Many years of design and application experience in food production: chutes are not "accessories", but a crucial part of the process solution
