Material
Stainless steel trolley made of 18/10 stainless steel material no. 1.4301.
The externally visible stainless steel sheet surfaces have a polished finish with 320 grit.
The externally visible stainless steel profile surfaces have a uniform brushed finish.
Description
The parts cleaning trolley made of perforated stainless steel sheet was developed for the organised storage, transport and cleaning of machine parts. When dismantling a machine, small parts and assemblies can be collected directly on the three perforated sheet metal shelves and then transported together to the washroom. Made of 1.4301 stainless steel, the trolley is particularly suitable for hygienically demanding production areas, as the material is rustproof, resistant and easy to clean. The perforated shelves and upstands on the sides allow the parts to be arranged clearly and support draining during or after cleaning.
After the cleaning process, the trolley itself can also be cleaned before the parts are returned to the machine and reassembled. The sturdy tubular frame made of stainless steel angle sections ensures a robust design for daily production environments.
The trolley is easy to manoeuvre thanks to the round steel push handle and the combination of swivel and fixed castors. The all-round 90 mm raised shelves help to keep deposited parts safely within the shelf surface during transport.
