Material

Housing, door, handle and lock:
made of AISI 304 stainless steel, material no. 1.4301.

The externally visible stainless steel sheet surfaces have a polished finish with 400 grit grain.
Roughness depth < 0.8 μm. Internal radii r > 3 mm are maintained for edgings.

Fire extinguisher description

A Hygienic Design fire extinguisher cabinet made of stainless steel offers reliable protection for fire extinguishers against harmful environmental influences such as dust, moisture and impact. Stainless steel is particularly hygienic, easy to clean and resistant to external influences, making it ideal for sectors such as the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. The storage of fire extinguishers in special cabinets ensures high resistance and reliability.

The bevelled roof with a 30° incline prevents deposits, enables controllable cleaning and ensures good visibility, even with cabinets mounted higher up. Hinges within the sealing area minimise the risk of germ formation and cross-contamination. The all-round external silicone seal ensures a secure seal and is resistant to common cleaning agents used in the food industry. All non-metallic parts are coloured blue (RAL 5010) and can therefore be clearly distinguished from food.

The integrated inspection door enables a quick inventory check, while two stainless steel bar catches guarantee secure locking. The fire extinguisher can be easily removed with one hand using the ergonomic toggle handle. The cabinet fulfils the highest protection standards, is suitable for cleaning with water jets (IP 59K) and therefore contributes to the safe and hygienic storage of the extinguishing agent.
