Description
The compact washing system consists of a main washing zone and a final rinse zone. The machine was specially developed for bakeries and can be used universally for various items to be washed, such as baking trays and baking trays, baskets, etc.
After switching on the machine via the main switch, the tank is filled automatically. When the tank volume is reached, the water meter stops and the water is heated to a temperature of 55-60 ° C by means of the built-in 30 kW heater. As soon as the temperature is reached, the washing process can be started using the start button. The detergent is dosed via an on-site dosing unit or optionally via an already installed dosing pump (see accessories). The tank content is permanently monitored by a float switch.
The items to be washed are transported through the machine using two plastic lane belts. Sheets are transported lengthways and crates can be transported lengthways or crossways and fixed with easily adjustable hold-down devices. A stainless steel centrifugal pump with 5.5 kW takes care of the main washing zone (1400 l / min. At 2 bar), optimally positioned stainless steel flat jet nozzles with a large passage and a long exposure time for the detergent solution for an excellent cleaning result. The soiled detergent solution is fed into an easy-to-clean external filter, where it is filtered and returned to the wash tank.
This is followed by a thorough rinsing of the containers or trays with fresh water. The final rinse water is fed to the wash tank to freshen up the washing liquor. At the end of the discharge table there is a limit switch that stops the belt and rinsing when the discharge table is full.
