DESCRIPTION
The standard trolley lift supports ergonomic working in the food industry: standard trolleys (lifting and loading trolleys with 200 or 300 liters) are raised to a comfortable working height so that filling, emptying, or transferring can be carried out in a controlled manner that is easy on the back. The lift can be moved manually – the wheels do not have a drive system. Only the lifting and lowering functions are electrically operated, allowing the height to be adjusted with precision.
The robust stainless steel construction is designed for daily industrial use and can be cleaned hygienically. Well-designed mounting points guide the standard trolley safely, while swivel and fixed castors ensure easy maneuvering and stable standing. The compact design allows it to be used on mixers, mincers, fillers, tipping bridges, or at staging areas – anywhere where material flows need to be organized efficiently and in a way that reduces physical strain.
In short: push manually, lift/lower electrically – for greater ergonomics, safety, and speed in the process. Ideal for meat and food processing companies, but also suitable for other hygiene-critical areas.
Cause
The most common cause of such illnesses are workplaces that do not provide employees with optimal working conditions. Due to a lack of individual adjustment options, they are exposed to forced postures that lead to incorrect use of physical strength and motor skills. Overload, premature fatigue and a higher risk of accidents are the inevitable consequences.
Ergonomics
Ergonomics and occupational medicine deal with this problem. Together with the professional associations, they ensure that the technical work environment is adapted to people. An ergonomically designed workplace that can be optimally adapted to the body size and personal working method of the employee offers a number of advantages.
On the one hand, it is an effective means of reducing the increasing number of back and skeletal disorders that often only occur as a late consequence of permanently incorrect posture and uncoordinated movement sequences. On the other hand, the direct effects can also be of great importance for occupational safety. Proper working conditions can reduce both physical fatigue and physical stress.
The longer-lasting concentration leads to a lasting reduction in the acute risk of accidents and injuries as well as an increase in motivation and quality of work. Under optimal conditions, an increase in productivity of up to 15% can be achieved.
