DESCRIPTION

The standard trolley stacker is an ergonomic handling device for storing and retrieving lifting and feeding trolleys (200/300 liters) in standard trolley racking systems. It is moved manually (no drive motor); only the lifting and lowering functions are electrically operated. This allows standard trolleys to be lifted in a controlled and smooth manner to a height of up to 1,800 mm and inserted precisely into the rack compartments – protecting the back, saving energy, and preventing fatigue, even during repetitive tasks.

The robust stainless steel construction is designed for hygiene-critical areas of the food industry and is easy to clean. A secure mount guides the standard trolley stably, while the sensitive lifting movement supports precise positioning when stacking and removing at a comfortable working height. In combination with the MOHN standard trolley shelving system, existing space is used efficiently in terms of height; the stacker ensures ergonomic material flow between provision, intermediate storage, and production.

In short:manual movement, electric lifting/lowering – the user-friendly link between standard trolleys and shelving systems for clean, safe, and back-friendly working.
