Remark
The 1.4401 stainless steel twist lock is the perfect solution when doors or flaps need to be reliably secured with a padlock on site. The Twist lock is designed for robust use and, thanks to protection class IP65, is also suitable for areas where dust or splash water are not an invitation.
Designed for door thicknesses from 1.50 to 8.00 mm, the toggle espagnolette can be used flexibly in different installation situations. The door hinge can be realised on the left or right. Depending on requirements, locking can be carried out using a tongue or rod drive - the choice is determined manually depending on the installation situation. A stainless steel nut is included in the scope of delivery or in the design, which ensures secure and stable installation.
Possible functional principle
- Rotation of the twist lock > Actuation of the optional latch bolt tongue (centre)
- Simultaneous driving of the rod drive on the square
- Two round rods run upwards and downwards in guides and lock in counterpieces/end hooks (optional)
